I realised I hadn't done a pointillism piece in a while, so it was about time to fix this. I absolutely love this technique, although my sore hand might disagree. It's great for practicing patience and understanding the lights and shadows, especially when drawing elder people with all the lovely wrinkles and other features which come with great age.

The outfit of this mushroom granny is actually inspired by Ravattula costume, an archaeological grave find from Finland.
